On 14th November 2024, Ms Ann Stouvenel, Director of the cneai = and Ms Sandrine Lair, Academic Director of National Education Services for Seine-Saint-Denis, signed a three-year framework agreement for the implementation of Artistic and Cultural Education programmes throughout Seine-Saint-Denis.

The partnership is structured around two emblematic programmes, the ‘Expositions volantes’ and the ‘Résidences volantes’, which enable pupils from schools, collèges and lycées in Seine-Saint-Denis to take part in an exhibition or creative project alongside guest artists and curators. Teams from the cneai = and the DSDEN (inspector, departmental project manager, educational advisers) are fully committed to bringing these projects to fruition and imagining other original forms of creation/transmission.
